Our History

Hollinger Metal Edge was founded in 1945 in Arlington, Virginia. Working with officials at The Library of Congress and National Archives, Hollinger Metal Edge, Inc. developed acid free papers, storage boxes and envelopes that would allow for the proper preservation of valuable documents and photographs.

Since its founding, over seventy years ago, Hollinger Metal Edge, Inc. has introduced numerous archival products for the preservation of a large variety of valuable materials. At present, Hollinger Metal Edge, Inc. operates manufacturing plant in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Hollinger Metal Edge, Inc. remains the quality leader for archival products.
